Privacy Policy

What we use

We use account details, uploaded media, editing instructions, billing identifiers and service/security records to provide editing, delivery, support and abuse protection. Google sign-in shares your email and account identifier, not your Google password. We do not receive full card numbers or CVC.

Who processes your data

Vercel hosts the service and temporary processing; Cloudflare R2 stores private media, with some older files in Vercel Blob; Turso stores account and task records. OpenAI receives editing instructions and selected images needed for editing and review. Stripe handles payments. Providers may process data outside the UAE. We do not sell your private footage or publish it without separate permission.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies support sign-in, security and free-trial limits. Optional analytics stays off until you enable it in Privacy Preferences in the footer. It uses a random visitor ID, approximate location, referral and page events; it does not store raw IP addresses or use device fingerprints. You can turn it off at any time. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep it off. Necessary service and payment records are separate.

Your files and choices

Private files require authorized access. Access expiry is not deletion, and no fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently enabled. Keep your originals and download results. Email us to request access, a copy, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights. We verify ownership and retain only what applicable legal, accounting or security requirements justify. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority.
