Cancellation Policy

1. Open My Plan.
2. Choose Cancel Auto-Renewal or use Manage Subscription.
3. Confirm, then check that renewal is off.

Cancel before the displayed renewal time to stop the next payment. Your paid access and allowance stay available until their normal expiry. Prepaid annual rights, if applicable, continue to the paid year’s end. Additional Tokens are not erased by cancellation.

Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. See the Refund Policy. If you cannot access cancellation or a scheduled change looks wrong, email us.
